An online forum for MAPP communities
To showcase the quality improvement (QI) work of local health departments (LHDs) and encourage peer information exchange, NACCHO has developed a database of Stories of Measurable Improvement in Public Health resulting from QI in LHDs. The database is searchable by state, topic area or QI tool and technique used.
If you have a story about a measurable improvement in your health department, now is the time to share it! Did you reduce clinic wait times, streamline a paperwork process, increase community engagement or otherwise achieve a measurable improvement through QI? If so, as part of our 2012 goal to interact more with you, from February 13th through March 30th, submit your stories to the database to be entered into a contest! Submitting a story is simple: just complete the brief online form.
Please note that while submitting more than one story increases your odds of receiving the MI QI Guidebook, individuals who submit more than one story will not receive multiple resource packs.
Remember, the deadline for submission into this contest is Friday, March 30th - so tell us about your QI efforts today.
