Do you have some great photos of community assessments being done with some planning in action? Do you think your community has what it takes to be featured in the National Public Health Performance Standards Program (NPHPSP) Version 3 booklet? If so, SUBMIT your photos to be considered to be a part of the print and online version of the new assessment!
RULES:
- each picture can only be submitted if the permission of everyone in the photo has been acquired (for both print and online formats)
- a description of what is happening in the picture must be provided
- provide the county and state the assessment was done
We are looking for pictures to be featured throughout the assessment and if we find the perfect gem, maybe even to be featured as the cover photo. If a cover photo winner is picked, they will win a Technology of Participation (TOP) Sticky Wall and all of the bragging rights that go with being the featured community on the cover of the NPHPSP Version 3 assessment booklet.
